Burrito salad as part of a balanced menu

For balanced nutrition, it is necessary to include various foods in regular meals, based on different food groups, in the recommended amounts. There are meals that are delicious and easy to prepare, and they fit into a balanced diet plan. One of them is a burrito salad.

200 g of cooked rice
150 g finely chopped tomatoes
150 g chopped salad
smaller can of corn
smaller can of black beans
fresh parsley
a piece of roasted chicken (about 250 g)
two tablespoons of BIMAL Omega oil
a little balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper

For sauce:
two tablespoons of mayonnaise
three tablespoons of sour cream
one teaspoon of tomato paste
a little chili, salt and garlic powder
one tablespoon of lemon juice

Separately mix chopped tomatoes, corn, black beans, then pour it over with BIMAL Omega oil, balsamic vinegar and spices. Stir well all the ingredients. Put the chopped salad over the rice, and then put mixed vegetables. Finally, chop the grilled chicken. For sauce, all the ingredients are well mixed and then put over the salad.
