Salads are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals and fibre. They contain less calories and can be present in everyone’s diet. When we want the salad to be the main meal, the addition of meat or eggs enhances the taste and we get an excellent low calorie meal. Chicken salad is simply prepared. Vegetables quickly saturate, and chicken provides the necessary proteins for muscle growth.
200 g chicken breasts
10 g butter
Spices: salt, pepper, ginger
200 g of light cheese
150 g of light yogurt
50 g of cucumbers
Salt, pepper, white onion, parsley
Cut chicken meat into strips, spice it and fry in a hot pan on which a little BIMAL sunflower oil was previously added. Mix cheese with yogurt in a special bowl. Add finely chopped cucumbers and spices as desired. Chop fresh cucumbers, carrots, peppers, tomatoes and other vegetable into small pieces, then add chicken and the sauce and mix well.
