Baked cauliflower

  • 1 kg of cauliflower
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1.5 dl of milk
  • 1 dl BIMAL oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry spice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • pepper
  • salt


Wash the cauliflower, cut into large flowers and boil in salted water along with the leaves. Strain and pour in a greased pan or fireproof dish, chop the cooked leaves and add them. Mix eggs with sour cream, milk and BIMAL sunflower oil. Add flour and bread crumb, spices, mix well and pour over cauliflower. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Towards the end, remove the foil or lid and bake briefly to get the color.
