Baked pancakes with cheese

Ingredients:

For the dough

  • 2 eggs
  • little salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons BIMAL oil
  • 3 dl milk
  • 2 dl soda water
  • 220 g flour

For fil

  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

For the topping

  • 1 egg
  • 2 dl yogurt

Directions:

Whisk the pancake batter, let it stand for about half an hour, then bake 10 pancakes. Mix cheese and sour cream and fill the pancakes. Arrange them on a baking sheet or in a fireproof dish. Add scrambled egg, yogurt, mix and pour over pancakes. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C. Serve the pancakes warm.
