Ingredients:

  • 500 – 700 g of beef
  • BIMAL oil
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 1/2 kg zucchini
  • 300 g peas
  • 4 onions
  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 okra fruits
  • 3 large red peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 large primroses with leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons spice mixture
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Add BIMAL oil to a larger pot and let it heat up well, then add onion, garlic and meat cut into pieces. Simmer everything for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the potatoes to the bottom of the pan, just fry a little, then add in order and arrange all the vegetables previously cut. Finally add the spices and pour water over the top so that all the ingredients are submerged. Cover the pot and cook at a moderate temperature for 3-4 hours.
