  • half a kilogram of broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 dl cooking cream
  • BIMAL Omega oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh chive
  • 1.5 l water


Chop onion and garlic as finely as possible and fry it on BIMAL Omega oil until it softens. Also, cut broccoli and potatoes into smaller pieces, and add it in. After a few minutes add water and cook for another 10 to 20 minutes. Then take the vegetables out from the soup and mash it until you get a fine mixture, then return to the soup. Add the cream for cooking, salt and pepper, and let the soup boil. Mix the finely chopped chive. Decorate it with several whole cooked broccoli flowers, and with a little cream on top.
