  • 1 chicken
  • BIMAL sunflower oil
  • 200 g of chopped champignons
  • 1 smaller leek
  • 1 chopped pepper
  • 1 bigger carrot
  • croutons
  • 100 g of ‘kackavalj’ cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • spices
  • pepper
  • potato


Smear the chicken with mustard and leave it in the bowl. Fry leek, carrot, pepper, champignons with BIMAL sunflower oil and spice it. When the vegetables are fried, put it away, add the cheese and croutons, and then fill the chicken meat with this whole mixture. Then put the chicken into the oven, add about 2 dl of water and cover with alufoil, and bake for 60 minutes. After that, take off the foil, add the potatoes, and return to oven for potatoes to fry and the chicken gets a colored and crunchy crust.
