Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup BIMAL oil
  • 1 cup yogurt

Directions:

Whisk the eggs, add the yogurt and BIMAL oil and stir a little. Then add salt, both types of flour with baking powder. Mix everything well, then pour into an oiled pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180 C.
