  • 1 red onion
  • 400-500 g of chicken white meat
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • a cup of liquid from the soup
  • spoon of mustard
  • spoon of lemon juice
  • a little freshly chopped parsley and celery leaf
  • teaspoon of salt


Stew the red onion, then add the diced chicken breast to simmer over low heat. Before the end of the stew, add 1 cup of liquid from the soup. Remove from heat and allow to cool. In another pan, three eggs are boiled. When everything has cooled, first put boiled eggs in a chopper and mix with a little BIMAL OMEGA oil. Then a mixture of meat and onions is added to it. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and chopped parsley, celery and salt. In the end, it all fades well and gives a juicy spread.
