  • half kg of minced meat (beef)
  • 1 onion
  • BIMAL sunflower oil
  • 4 smaller garlic cloves
  • 10 medium patatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of red sweet paprica
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a mixture of spices to taste


Put onion and garlic for a few minuter on a BIMAL oil, and than add the meat and stew until the meat changes color. When the meat is cooked add all spices to the taste. Cut the potatoes into slices and also add salt, pepper, mixture of spices and mix well. Oil the bottom of the pan with BIMAL oil. First line the patatoes than minced meat in that order. It is important that the upper part of the dish is coverd with the patatoes. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Towards the end pour the musaka with a mixture of eggs and sour cream, and bake for a few more minutes until it is golden brown.
