  • 6 paprikas
  • 400 g of cheese by choice
  • 2 eggs
  • grits
  • pepper


Mix the cheese and two whisked eggs, ad pepper to taste, approximately to a teaspoonful, and one to two tablespoons of grits. Cheese can be combined, for example feta cheese and some harder ones. Paprikas of your choice, should be large. When cleaning them, make sure that the opening at the top is not too large. In each paprika put the full spoon, spoon and a half of filling, depending on the size of paprika. Then close the paprikas, arrange in a baking tray and pour with BIMAL OMEGA oil. Bake for 30 to 40 minuter at 220 degrees.
