Pasta salad with chicken meat and avocado

  • 300 g cooked pasta
  • 300 g of roast chicken
  • two avocados (or one bigger)
  • two bigger tomatoes, cut into dice
  • baby spinach
  • BIMAL Omega oil
  • salt and pepper
  • a little balsamic vinegar
  • 50 g of parmesan cheese (or another cheese of choice)


Cook the pasta and leave to drain. Fry the chicken meat on BIMAL Omega oil and leave to cool slightly. Pour salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar into the bowl and add the shredded tomato and avocado as well as the spinach. Spices can be added if desired. All this is well mixed and then add roasted chicken and pasta. Finally, add the parmesan cheese or some other sweet cheese as desired.
