  • 4 eggs
  • 3 dl BIMAL oil
  • 300 g of sugar
  • peel of one lemon
  • 2.5 dl of milk
  • 600 g flour
  • 1 baking powder


Mix the eggs and sugar with a mixer, lightly add the other ingredients for the biscuits, then combine everything. When the mold is warm enough for the biscuits, lightly oil it with BIMAL oil, then take out the biscuit mixture with a spoon and place 2 to 3 spoons of the mixture in the middle of the heated mold. Then close the mold and bake the biscuits until they turn golden brown. The finished biscuits should be immediately removed from the mold and covered with a cloth to keep them fresh longer.
