Zebra cake

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 350 g of smooth flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1.5 dl of lukewarm water
  • 2.5 dl BIMAL oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons water


Mix the egg whites into the solid snow, and mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add BIMAL oil and water to the yolks, then lightly mix the flour with the baking powder. Finally, lightly stir the mixed egg whites. Divide the mixture into two equal parts, then add cocoa and water (3 tablespoons) to one part. Line a round mold with baking paper and pour in a little light mixture first, then dark and so on alternately as long as there is it. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 C, 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled zebra cake with powdered sugar.
