Preparation:
Clean and finely chop the red onion. Put it in a pot of about 3 liters and stew it in BIMAL oil, constantly adding a little water. In the meantime, clean the fish and cut it into larger pieces. Mix three types of fish as desired. Pour three liters of cold water into the stewed onion and immediately put the fish. Then immediately add tomatoes. When it starts to boil, add salt to taste, add a spoonful of ground paprika and pepper as desired. Add some hot peppers. The broth is ready when the fish floats to the surface, after about half an hour of cooking. Acidify as desired.
