Preparation:
Cook the paste and let it drain. Fry the chicken in BIMAL Omega oil, then leave it aside to cool a little. Pour salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar into a bowl and add chopped tomatoes and avocado, as well as a handful of spinach. You can also add more spices to taste. All this is mixed well, then chopped roasted chicken and pasta are added. At the end of the salad, add parmesan or any other grated cheese as desired.

two large tomatoes, diced
a handful of baby spinach

a little balsamic vinegar
50 g of Parmesan cheese (or other cheese of your choice)
