Preparation:
Clean the spinach, cook in salted water and drain. Cook onions, garlic and potatoes separately. Mix all the vegetables in a blender when they are cooked. Fry the flour in BIMAL OMEGA oil, then add the water in which the potatoes and onions were cooked. Then add mashed vegetables to that water, add salt and cook for about 15 minutes. At the end, add beaten egg with sour cream. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve with sour cream.
