  • 2 kg river fish (pike, catfish, carp)
  • 1 dl BIMAL oil
  • 500 g of red onion
  • three tablespoons of densely concentrated tomato
  • two hot peppers
  • one tablespoon of red paprika
  • a bit of salt
  • a little pepper
  • lemon


Peel and finely chop the red onion. Put it in a pot of about 3 liters and simmer in BIMAL oil, constantly pouring a little water. Meanwhile, clean the fish and cut it into larger pieces. Mix three types of fish as desired. Pour three liters of cold water into the stewed onion and immediately put the fish. Then immediately add the tomatoes. When it starts to boil, add salt to taste, add a full spoonful of red paprika and pepper as desired. Put some hot pepper. The soup is ready when the fish comes to the surface, after about half an hour of cooking.
