Preparation:
Whip the pancake batter, let it rest for about half an hour, then bake 10 pancakes. Mix the cheese and sour cream and fill the pancakes. Arrange them in a tray or in a fireproof bowl. Add the beaten egg, yogurt, mix and pour over the pancakes. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C. Serve the pancakes warm.
