Preparation:
Mix the egg whites until stiff, and mix the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add BIMAL oil and water to the egg yolks, then gently mix in the flour and baking powder. At the end, gently mix in the beaten egg whites. Divide the mixture into two equal parts, then add cocoa and water (3 tablespoons) to one part. Cover the round mold with baking paper and pour first a little of the light mixture, then the dark mixture and so on alternately as long as there is enough. Bake the cake at a temperature of 180 C for 30-35 minutes. The cooled zebra cake is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
