The edible oil factory BMICAL from Brc was declared “Europe’s best company – Leader 2019”, while its product BIMAL sunflower oil received a special award “Best brand of the year”, the jury of the Independent Agency for the Selection of the Best Managers decided during the award ceremony in Banja Luka.
“The best company and the best brand are worthy recognitions that we will proudly bring to our factory in Brčko. These awards represent the work of each of our employees who, following the development vision of our Management, successfully realize common BIMAL goals,” said Nataša Pucar, Director of Corporate Communications of STUDEN Holding, which includes BIMAL.
The superior quality of BIMAL edible oil comes from a factory that is certified in accordance with seven internationally recognized standards: ISO 9001:2015, IFS, ISCC, Halal, Kosher, GMP+ and NO GMO Produced standard.
“For us, branding a product means first and foremost constant care about the quality and safety of that product. It is from this commitment that our BIMAL is a high-quality edible oil that comes from a GMO-FREE production and provides its customers with a safe product,” said Pucar.
BIMAL Group has recently successfully completed the process of taking over the NOVO SUNCE edible oil factory in Sombor and thus officially became the majority owner of the factory in Serbia. With this purchase, BIMAL is one of the few companies that made an acquisition from Bosnia and Herzegovina in Serbia. In order to expand production capacity, BIMAL, together with the NOVO SUNCE factory, will annually market more than 250,000 tons of semi-finished products and finished products on the domestic and export markets.
